I'm having trouble with the ORDER FORM, what can I do?
Besides the method mentioned at the head of this page, just send me an email telling me you want some rolls. I'll get back to you A.S.A.P. CLICK HERE.
How long will it take?
2-3 weeks to get the catalog. Five minutes to place the E-Mail order. Approximately 4-7 working days to receive your order.
When do I pay?
This depends on which Option you Select from the "Payment Options' drop-down menu. If you are making payment by Credit Card-CLICK HERE. If you Select 'Bill Me Immediately', I will generate the E-Mail E-nvoiceŠ and send it to you within 18 hours. When you receive the bill, you are requested to pay it immediately. Orders are sent to QRS after your payment is received. Sorry, No C.O.D.'s

What if I want less than eight rolls?
Due to an agreement with QRS, orders of less than 8 Regular rolls (or a minimum of $82.00 in accessory items) must be placed directly to Q.R.S. at 1-800-24-ROLLS, but they WILL NOT give you ANY discount.

The Test Roll will check 84 of the 88 notes, perform a repetition test, a scale uniformity test, a capacity test, a sustain pedal test and automatic reroll test. It is also adequately marked so that a tempo test can also be performed. You need a watch with a second hand. Seven feet of paper should travel across the tracker bar in one minute at a tempo of '70'.

The best reference I can give you is QRS. You can call the factory in Buffalo, NY at 1-716-885-4600. The '800' number was recently switched to the offices in Florida, but I'm sure if you ask about me, John Tuttle, from Brick, NJ. They'll confirm that I'm an authorized dealer.
